5 Volt Light box components
Parker# PPS1-1C3-RHM
Used to verify a pneumatic clamping circuit is on.
The pressure switch can be used with the 5V light boxes.

Part# GEA-CAB01-XX
Used to connect the Battery or the 5V light box to the datum points on the fixture.
One cable required for each light box.
The "XX" at the end of the part number above is replaced with the length of the cable option chosen.
Part# GEA-CAB02-48
Used to connect a pneumatic clamping pressure switch to a 5V light box.
One cable required for each die set.
Part# GEA-CAB03-XX
Used to connect additional 5V light boxes ( more than one ), to the previous light box.
One cable required for each additional 5V light box on the die set.

Part# GEA-CAB04-60
Used to connect the first or only 5V light box on the die set to the machine electrical enclosure.
One cable required for each die set.
Part# GEA-CAB05-240
This cable provides a receptacle on the machine enclosure for the Tool Interface cable to plug into.
This cable makes the connection from the receptacle to the 5 Volt power supply and relay.
TDK-Lambda# DSP10-5
This power supply is used to provide power for the 5V light boxes and the 5V relay.
One power supply required for each die set.

5V Relay and Socket
This relay is used to interface between the output of the 5v light boxes and the machine start circuit.
Energizing the relay enables the starting of the machine cycle. Do not break the latching circuit with this relay. One relay/socket is required for each die set.
